Welcome to TSE Academy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TSE Academy website (tseacademy.com.ng) and our educational platform, which includes AI coaching, interactive sandboxes, and learning checkpoints (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the platform ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our execution-based learning model. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course modules. Refund requests outside of this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use of AI Sandboxes

Our platform provides integrated sandboxes and AI coaching to accelerate your learning. You agree not to:

• Use the AI or sandboxes to mine cryptocurrency, host external applications, or launch network attacks.
• Submit malicious code, malware, or destructive payloads to the AI coach or execution environments.
• Attempt to bypass the skill-gated checkpoints through automated bots or scripts.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these usage terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TSE Academy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries.

Any code you write within our sandboxes remains your intellectual property. However, by submitting prompts and code to our AI Coach, you grant us a license to process that data for the sole purpose of providing the educational feedback requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TSE Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
